Job Description: We’re seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while driving new business and forging meaningful client relationships. You’ll play a crucial role in showcasing our web design and branding services, helping potential clients see the value we can bring to their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for Chae Design’s web design and branding services.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight our creative offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with tailored, effective solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of our team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within web design, digital marketing, or branding.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for connecting with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
  • A passion for providing innovative solutions and delivering outstanding client service.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition; experience selling creative, digital, or professional services is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage your own pipeline, follow up consistently, and close deals independently.

  • Comfortable working in a commission-based, results-driven role.

  • Organized, reliable, and professional when working with clients.

  • Familiarity with remote work tools (email, video calls, basic CRM or tracking systems) is helpful but not required.

Compensation:

  • Competitive commission-based pay structure (10%-25% commission on sales).
